We spent the morning apple picking at Gilcrease Orchard... we had a great time, the weather was gorgeous! The girls had so much fun, they both came home and fell asleep...

take elkhorn west, like you're going to the centennial area (kohls and whatnot)... right at tenaya, and it's after farm rd on whispering sands at the right... you can't miss it. it's open to everyone, tues-sat from 7 am to noon. there's a pumpkin patch too! http://www.gilcreaseorchard.com/

Our weather has been so dry and hot!!! We are definitely going to break a 91 year old record today as the temperature rises to near 90 degrees!

It looks like the orchard is the place to be right now. I now my kids loved it. They only picked pumpkins, but would have loved to pick one of everything.
